Pragmatic Play Signs Multi-Jurisdiction Slots Deal With Hard Rock Digital

Published 19 June 2026

Pragmatic Play has inked a comprehensive content distribution agreement with Hard Rock Digital that will see its slot portfolio go live across New Jersey, Ontario, and select European markets. The deal marks one of the supplier's largest North American partnerships to date and includes exclusive branded titles tied to the Hard Rock entertainment brand.

Pragmatic Play announced Thursday that it has finalized a multi-year content supply agreement with Hard Rock Digital, the interactive arm of Hard Rock International. Under the terms disclosed, more than 250 of Pragmatic's slot titles will be integrated into Hard Rock Bet platforms across New Jersey and Ontario beginning in July, with rollouts in Spain and the Netherlands scheduled before year-end. The deal also includes plans for co-branded exclusive titles drawing on Hard Rock's music and hospitality IP.

The partnership represents a significant footprint expansion for Pragmatic Play in regulated North American markets, where the Malta-based supplier has been steadily building certifications since its 2021 debut in New Jersey. Hard Rock Digital CEO Matt Primeaux said the agreement was driven by player demand for high-volatility mechanics and Pragmatic's Megaways-licensed catalogue, both of which have underperformed in Hard Rock Bet's existing content mix according to internal analytics shared with partners.

Financial terms were not disclosed, but industry sources estimate the revenue share arrangement could generate between $18 million and $25 million annually for Pragmatic at scale. The supplier confirmed that bespoke titles developed under the partnership will feature Hard Rock Cafe locations and licensed music assets, with the first exclusive game targeted for a Q4 2026 launch timed to coincide with Hard Rock's planned Florida iGaming entry should state legislation advance.

The announcement comes as Hard Rock Digital continues to invest aggressively in content differentiation following its recent platform migration. Pragmatic Play CCO Lena Yasir noted that the agreement also covers the operator's live casino product, with dedicated tables expected to launch from the supplier's Bucharest studio in early Q3. Both companies indicated additional jurisdictions, including Pennsylvania and Michigan, remain under active discussion pending regulatory approvals.
