Playtech Signs Content Supply Deal With Caesars Digital for New Jersey and Michigan

Playtech has secured a multi-year content distribution agreement with Caesars Digital, bringing its full slots and live casino portfolio to the operator's regulated US platforms. The deal marks Playtech's most significant US expansion to date and includes plans for exclusive branded titles launching in Q4 2026.

Playtech announced Tuesday that it has entered a multi-year content supply agreement with Caesars Digital, granting the US operator access to more than 200 slot titles and Playtech's flagship live casino offering across New Jersey and Michigan. The deal, which takes effect on August 15, includes provisions to expand into Pennsylvania and West Virginia pending regulatory clearance later in 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed, though industry analysts estimate the arrangement could generate between $40 million and $60 million in annual revenue for Playtech at scale.

The agreement represents a strategic milestone for the London-listed supplier, which has historically lagged behind competitors such as Evolution and Pragmatic Play in the North American market. Under the terms, Caesars will gain access to Playtech's Age of the Gods progressive jackpot network, Buffalo Blitz series, and a suite of branded titles derived from licensed IP. Two exclusive games co-developed with the Caesars Palace brand are scheduled to launch in October, coinciding with the operator's autumn marketing push around football season.

Playtech CEO Mor Weizer described the deal as "a defining moment" for the company's US strategy, noting that regulated North American markets now account for the fastest-growing segment of its B2B revenue mix. Caesars Digital President Eric Hession said the partnership would "substantially deepen the game library available to our players" and complement existing supplier relationships. The operator has been aggressively broadening its content catalog since restructuring its digital division earlier this year.

The announcement sent Playtech shares up roughly 4.2% in London trading, with analysts at Jefferies upgrading their price target and citing the deal as validation of the company's pivot toward regulated markets following its Caliente Interactive divestment. Playtech is expected to provide additional detail on its US roadmap during its half-year results presentation on August 20.
