Bragg Gaming Secures Michigan Certification, Unlocks Fourth US State for Content Distribution

Published 9 August 2026

Bragg Gaming Group has received supplier licensing approval from the Michigan Gaming Control Board, extending its US footprint to a fourth regulated jurisdiction. The Toronto-listed content aggregator plans to roll out its proprietary and third-party studio catalogue with FanDuel Casino and BetRivers as launch partners in September.

Bragg Gaming Group announced on Friday that it has secured full supplier certification from the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB), clearing the path for the company to distribute its proprietary and partner studio content to operators licensed in the state. Michigan becomes Bragg's fourth active US market following successful rollouts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ontario, and represents one of the more competitive iGaming environments in North America with over 15 licensed platforms currently active.

The supplier confirmed that launch partnerships have been finalised with FanDuel Casino and BetRivers, with go-live activity scheduled for early September. Initial content packages will include titles from Bragg's in-house studios Wild Streak Gaming and Atomic Slot Lab, alongside exclusive third-party releases from Gaming Corps and Print Studios delivered through the company's remote games server. Bragg confirmed that additional operator integrations, including a tie-up with a top-three US iGaming brand, are expected before the end of Q4.

CEO Matevž Mazij described the Michigan certification as a milestone in the company's US-focused growth strategy, noting that North American revenue now accounts for approximately 34% of group turnover following consecutive quarters of double-digit expansion. He added that the group intends to file for licensing in West Virginia and Rhode Island within the coming twelve months as part of a broader push to service every regulated iGaming state ahead of anticipated openings in New York and Maryland.

Analysts at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming noted that Michigan's mature player base and diverse operator mix offer a favourable environment for aggregators focused on differentiated content. Bragg's share price rose 4.7% on the Toronto Stock Exchange following the announcement, continuing a year-to-date rally driven by improving margins and expanding proprietary content contribution.
